You've participated in a DICE workshop! Thanks for exploring diversity at Mozilla, raising your awareness of your own diversity matrix, areas of having or lacking privilege, and then spending time talking about how it relates to our contributions as Mozillians in conjunction with the core values.
We're creating this badge as one of many in a Mozillians "diversity portfolio" which will keep track of how Mozillians are working on their awareness and education around diversity both with current Mozillians but also with an eye toward the future Mozillians. Having this badge will be one requirement for being able to teach the workshop(s) in the diversity curriculum.
